OUR STORY

Hi! My name is Nehal Trivedi, and I am a high school student in Pennsylvania. I have always been passionate about creating a more equitable future, and solving problems like poverty and homelessness through education and knowledge. I used to scroll on the National Coalition for the Homeless (NCH)'s website, looking for ways I could make a difference. It was there that I read about something called a street newspaper, and after that, after many months of research, planning, failures, setbacks, and successes, was this platform born. I am incredibly overjoyed by everything The Silent Stories has accomplished, and cannot wait to do more with this amazing platform. I hope my story can also inspire other passionate youth to take charge and try to make their dreams into reality, no matter how hard it might seem for a high schooler.
